electricianXchange works

electricianXchange is on a journey to make employment easy between A-Grade electricians / apprentices and employers whether it is for permanent, sub-contract or casual work.

electricianXchange commenced this journey in April 2018 and has now transformed into an easy, transparent, industry focused, outcome assured employment marketplace where employers & A-Grades / Apprentices come together WITHOUT the need to go through recruiters, job boards or labour hire companies.

You may have used us in the early stages of our journey or may not have used us at all.

But check out those currently using electricianXchange.

Click here to listen to the story of Grant - a Melbourne based REC who was after an A-Grade Electrician in the month of June 2021. He’d exhausted his options through job boards & recruiters, having found this unhelpful.

Normally when an REC needs an A-Grade, it means they already have work which is not possible to fulfil because they have not got staff ready and available to do the work on their behalf.

This was Grant’s story before he considered electricianXchange and his response in terms of how electricianXchange helped him meet this need.

If there are A-Grade electricians, apprentices looking for work; please spend the 5 or so minutes it takes to create your work profile, as we have many employers - small, medium or large. For domestic, commercial, industrial, HVAC, solar, maintenance or service related work. They are reviewing electricianXchange daily wanting to have a direct dialogue with you through this exchange.

All you need to do is to go to https://www.electricianxchange.com/find-work. Then register, log in and liaise with employers directly.

No more recruiters, no more labour hire companies, no more job boards.

And best of all, it is free.
